  • 3 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1-2 lb fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup dry or semi-dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 chicken broth
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
