- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1-2 lb fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup dry or semi-dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 chicken broth
- salt and pepper (to taste)
First, place the turkey, skin side up, in the slow cooker.
