  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper (To Taste)
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
