Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 can mushroom pieces, drained OR fresh mushrooms
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparations

First, pour the can of cream of mushroom soup, wine, parsley, garlic powder, onion, cream, and mushrooms into the slow cooker.
Secondly, season with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Place the chicken within the mixture, coating and covering the chicken pieces in the soup mixture.

Set the slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve over rice, or pasta, garnish with parsley.
