  • 1 (15 ounces) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 (15 ounces) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • chili sauce (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Preparations
