Kruger-Rumpf Winery and Inn
The Kruger-Rumpf winery has been producing wine since the early 1700’s. They have dedicated the majority of their lands to growing Riesling as this variety is thriving in the Nahe – one of the many German wine regions.
The grapes are grown in traditional sloped terraces along the hillsides. There is ample protection from cold winds and the vines get enough sun exposure. Due to the unique soil composition, the nutrients from the soil to give interesting quality to the grapes grown here. This reverberates in the wine.

A proper little wine estate in the midst of the Rheinhessen – the largest German wine region. The location of this family-owned and run German winery is on the beautiful hillsides of the Rhineland-Switzerland region.
The major grape varieties grown here are the Riesling and the Silvaner, both white varieties. Expert oenologists produce the estate wines from their own grapes and grapes grown in other local vineyards. The Wagner-Stempel Riesling characterizes by its clear golden-yellow color, mixed with a green tint. The first aroma is reminiscent of green apples, with peach undertones.
