- 1 (2lb) pork tenderloin
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 beef broth
- 3/4 cup semi-dry red wine
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
First, place the pork tenderloin into the slow cooker.
